What two narrative lines drive the plot in the play, Water by the Spoonful?

There are two narrative lines: the “Elliot and Yazmin respond to the death of Ginny” plot, and the “Odessa and her chatroom friends struggle with their addiction” plot. As the play begins, it’s not clear exactly how the two lines are going to interact / intersect, but eventually they do, with events / characters in one interacting with events/characters in the other: as a result, both plotlines are affected.
