Norta symbolizes the difficulties revolutionaries face when trying to change the norm. Norta is a country set in its’ ways, were Silvers are meant to rule and Reds are meant to work and die for them. Yet, it is also a place with the most potential for change. However, it is up to the prevailing Silvers as well as the ambitions of the Reds to decide whether Norta will progress to a new era, or remain stuck in the old ways. Many sacrifices must be made to create a new world.
