Who is Michael Alexander from Violets Are Blue and what is their importance?

Michael Alexander is a hostile, young teenager. He doesn't trust authority figures, and the only person he really does trust is his brother. Michael assists his brother in hunting and killing people as commanded by Peter Westin. The brothers do not see themselves as serial killers, and they view the murders as part of a grander scheme, in which they are but small players. Michael also takes care of his brother's pet tiger, which accompanies them on the kill in San Francisco. After the death of his brother, Michael charges Cross, only to be gunned down by Kyle Craig.
