After Bukka begins to distance himself from Hukka, he starts spending the majority of his time in the Cashew Tavern. This is where he meets Haleya Kote, who will later become one of his chief advisers. The two form a friendship here. They drink together, without discussing the truth of their realities beyond the bar.
