What does Sarita reveal to Cricket after her husband's death in the novel, Valiant Gentlemen?

Cricket finds her sister Dimples’ perfect marriage irritating and vows never to get married. She does, however, eventually marry and have children. Her marriage is not a happy one, and she seems to have male suitors even after her wedding. Cricket never does find happiness in love, and after her father's death, she moans to her mother that she just does not understand because she and Ward always had the perfect relationship.
