The factory is the town’s one source of monetary income, though its stability is tenuous. Beartown’s most important amenity is its ice hockey rink. The town’s community primarily surrounds the support. Its inhabitants have grown up playing on the ice and are loyal supporters of the Beartown Ice Hockey Club.
