Where did the author attain his Master's Degree as noted in the memoir, Undocumented?

Oxford University in England is the institution at which the author completed his master's degree. Again, he attended on an academics scholarship, but did so at considerable risk. That risk was defined by the possibility that because of his citizenship status in America as an undocumented immigrant, he might not have been able to return for ten years. His attendance at Oxford, therefore, is a manifestation of his determination to make a better, truer, and more prosperous life for himself and for his mother.
