Who is Elizabeth Clayton?

Elizabeth Clayton is a woman who is addicted to painkillers. She lives as more or less a ghost of her former self in the dehumanizing Slab City conditions. Elizabeth is the only addict who offers any semblance of friendliness towards Harry when he goes undercover, although she quickly attempts to shut down any sort of conversation with her. After Harry's cover is blown, he tracks down Elizabeth in Van Nuys and, after locating her in the office of a crooked doctor, he essentially forces her to detox under the watchful eye of Cisco before he pays for a more formal rehabilitation program.
