Who is Alex Kennedy?

Alex Kennedy is an arrogant member of the Los Angeles Police Department's, Conviction Integrity Unit which looks to correct previous errors in sentencing that may emerge due to new DNA evidence. Kennedy is convinced that Bosch is guilty of wrongdoing because he is unaware of the devious plot that Lance Cronyn has hatched. Kennedy is embarrassed when the case comes to court, because he is on the same side as Cronyn when Cronyn's wrongdoing is revealed.
