The Executioner of Bethune (Twenty Years After) is found by Raoul in the woods. Though he's not served as an executioner for 15 years, he asks for a priest when he realizes that he's been mortally wounded. Raoul takes him to a local inn and finds someone that looks and acts like a priest. Unfortunately, its Mordaunt. The Executioner tells Mordaunt that he is responsible for the death of Milady (Mordaunt's mother). In a fit of revenge and rage he hastens the death of the executioner.
