Lord de Winter (Twenty Years After) is Mordaunt's uncle and Milady's brother. He attempts to arrange for King Charles escape, even going so far as to dress up like him to act as a decoy. Mordaunt ends up shooting him. He also reaches out to Henrietta to see if she can persuade Mazarin to allow Charels to seek refuge in France.
