Oliver Cromwell (Twenty Years After) is the enery of King Charles. He creates a rebellion behind the scenes that almost succeeds. Cromwell is an interesting mix of morality and guile. He has no problem with the King dying in an accident, but balks when Mordaunt suggests killing him or having him executed.
