Who is Paul Capesterre, also known as Yazid from Treasure and what is their importance?

Paul Capesterre, also known as Yazid, is Robert Capesterre's brother and the son of a former drug cartel family. Paul was schooled to act and look like an Egyptian national, and he is planning to take over the Egyptian government. He claims to have the ear of Allah and to have regular messages from on high that direct his path. Paul is killed by Ammar after Ammar discovers that Paul sold him out.
