Who is Tah?

Tah is Kai’s grandfather and the closest thing Maggie has to family. He has saved her life a couple of times with his medicine. He lives in Tse Bonito and is well respected and liked in the town. His house is burnt after Coyote strikes it with lightning, trying to frame Neizghání. He is believed to be dead until the last chapter when Maggie sees him in her trailer.
