Importance of Bike

The bike is a symbol of maturity. Bug notes that she still rides the same old bike she has always ridden. Moira, however, has recently gotten a new bike. She told Bug she outgrew her old one. Bug thinks that Moira was not saying that she physically outgrew the bike, that it just was not as mature looking as she wanted it to be.
