To Kill a Mockingbird Why is Scout less than pleased when Jem tells her about Dill? Asked by bookragstutor on 28 Nov 08:47 Last updated by anonymous on 20 Dec 09:51
In Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockngbird, Scout is upset with Jem when he tells Atticus about Dill running away from home because it breaks the kid code. This shows Scout that Jem is growing up and is beginning to seperate himself from her.
