Who is Anna Allen in the novel, Thoughtless?

Kiera's sister Anna is the swan to Kiera. Kiera believes herself to be a mere duck. Anna is taller than Kiera - almost as tall as Denny. Anna is impulsive by nature, and has the same perky nose, high cheek bones and heart shaped face as her sister Kiera. Though they both have dark brown hair, Anna's is shiny and ripples like water when she walks. Her eyes are a deep green color and she is easily described as voluptuous. She arrives in Seattle with her hair mostly pinned up. The hair that is still down is dyed the same bright red as her dress. Anna is a provocative and adventurous spirit. She uses her voice and her sex appeal to get what she wants from men.
