Who is Hortense

After Quin gets Caitlyn a job at a different publisher, Hortense is hired to replace her. Quin takes her under his wing and the two begin a friendship. He takes her shopping, and touches her breast when she shows him a t-shirt. He never touches her again, and they continue a close friendship. She writes a supportive letter to him when the lawsuit comes out.
