Aggie is Poppy’s next-door neighbor and best friend. Per an agreement between her parents and Poppy’s, she has no idea that her friend is transgender. When she finds out, rather than reacting with compassion, she accuses Poppy of lying to her and refuses to speak to her, leaving Poppy heartbroken. At the Valentine’s Day dance, however, they reconcile.
