What is the narrator point of view in the short-story, Thirteen Ways of Looking?

The beginning of the story is narrated in the first person from Peter's perspective. The narrative shifts from Peter’s point of view, however, before the murder takes place to an unnamed third person narrator who narrates parts of the murder investigation and trial.
