Who does the narrator believe she has become by the end of the story?

By the end of the story, the narrator believes she has become the woman in the wallpaper. She enjoys being in the room “creeping” around because she has freed herself from the wallpaper. More evidence of this is that in the end she refers to “Jane” presumably the narrator’s first name.
