Why is the narrator annoyed with the way the Woman explains the bus incident to the director and others? What does she imagine doing the next time she has a chance?

The narrator is annoyed at the way the Woman describes the bus incident because she never mentions that anybody tweaked her nose. The narrator imagines tweaking her nose harder the next time and then dragging her off the bus. She will then have a chance to apologize and introduce herself and they will become friends.
