Once they are safely away from the witch, who do Conner and Alex see on the road? Chapter Six

Once Conner and Alex are safely away from the gingerbread house, they notice a woman with a pale horse named Porridge. She is grabbing her sword and talking to the horse just as a pack of wolves comes out of the nearby trees. The wolf calls out to the woman, who is revealed to be Goldilocks, and the wolf is called Malumclaw.
