How does the author use imagery in Chapter Ten of the novel, The Wishing Spell?

In Chapter Ten, the author uses the imagery of the posters on the giant wall to further incorporate the original story of Red Riding Hood, as the posters are warning signs for wolves to stay away or be killed.
