How does Balram compare Mr. Ashok and Mukesh Sir in "The Second Night"?

Balram describes how different The Stork’s two sons, Mukesh Sir and Mr. Ashok, were – the former unattractive but smart, the latter very attractive, rather stupid, and very American in his ways.
