Who is Grace Wexler in The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin?

Grace Wexler is Turtle and Angela's mother, and the wife of Dr. Jake Wexler. Grace is a social snob, a self-proclaimed interior decorator, and extremely detached from her husband and marriage. She shows affection for Angela, but for some reason neglects Turtle.
