The Wave Could such groups be made to work for good in a diverse classroom/society?

I think groups like the wave are problematic, especially in a high school setting. Teenagers are impressionable. They are still exploring their own identities. Teachers like Mr. Ross are had great sway over these kids. The teens do not have enough context and life experience to understand what the wave is and how they are affected by it.
