What is the narrator point of view in the novel, The Viscount Who Loved Me?

The majority of this novel is told from the point of view of a third-person omniscient (all knowing) narrator. The exception to the third person narration can be found in the excerpts from Whistledown’s gossip columns that introduce each chapter, which are written from the first-person point of view.
