In 1913, Einstein and Grossman worked on a paper about a theory of curved spaces. Their paper argued that gravity could be analyzed as curved space-time. In 1915, thanks to David Hilbert, Einstein was able to correct some of his earlier equations and generate a new theory called general relativity.
