Who has a flat character in the tortilla curtain?

Jordan is a pretty flat character. He is Kyra's son and Delaney's stepson and has a major distaste for the diet his mother has him on. He is constantly watching television and playing computer games, showing little of his parents' interest in nature and exercise.
