The Thief's Daughter
What is the author's style in the novel, The Thief’s Daughter?
.
.
The author divides the novel between narrative and dialogue, though there is more narrative. Some of this narrative is presented as writing, such as the sections written by Polidoro, the Kingfountain historian. Those sections seem to be Polidoro's journal entries, and they are very similar to the journal entries written by Dominic Mancini in the first novel of the series. With the exception of Polidoro's entries, most of the novel centers around Owen's activities and observations.
