The Culver Farm is a working farm where Russell lives with his father, brother, and sister. There is a lot of farm land involved in the operation, including a hay field. There is a barn, and the family raises several kinds of animals, including pigs and cows. There are not many descriptions of the house because that is the least important feature to Russell, but Russell and Lloyd have a bedroom to share. A lot of events happen in the kitchen as the family goes about their daily lives.
