What is the main setting in the novel, The Target?

The majority of the novel is set in Washington, D.C. Both Robie and Reel live in the area and work with the CIA, which is based there. This is also where the White House is located. Robie and Reel visit the White House on several occasions in the course of this novel, several times to meet with the president and once to meet with the First Lady.
