Time moved differently in prison on death row. Most of the time it moved in slow motion and every hour felt like three hours, every day felt like a month, every month felt like a year, and every year felt like a decade. There were no dates to count down to except your execution date. Once that date was set, time sped up and it felt like someone pressed fast forward with every day feeling like an hour, every hour feeling like a minute, and every minute feeling like a second. On death row, time was warped.
