The end of the story should bring resolution with the protagonist finally beating the antagonist and achieving victory. In cases where the antagonist was also the protagonist, the end of the story may be when the main character gathers up the strength and courage to work against the part of her that was keeping her from her goal. So Jessica plays both the pro and antagonist roles.
