Who is Steve Crow from The Rocky Road to Romance and what is their importance?

Daisy's love interest, Steve Crow, is a single man of Native American decent. He enjoys family wealth due to the discovery, generations ago, of oil on the family's reservation. He points out to Daisy, however, that he worked for his position at the radio station and demonstrates his capabilities when he trains Daisy for the traffic-reporting job. He spends money freely, however, like when he buys a new house and car because the dog he adopts to woo Daisy does not fit in his sports car and is not allowed in his condo.
