Who is Raheem Brown in The Rock and the River?

Raheem Brown is a member of the Black Panthers. He is one of Stick's closest friends, and he is Maxie's brother. After Stick is killed, Raheem wants to kill the police officer who shot him. Raheem is visibly angered when Sam refuses to take part in the retribution.
