Who is Zdenek Sisovksy from The Prague Orgy and what is their importance?

Zdenek Sisovksy is a Czech writer. His work, however, is banned by the Czechoslovakian government. Sisovsky meets with Zuckerman in New York City in 1976. They are distant relatives, and he writes to Zuckerman in the hopes that he can help him retrieve his father's writings.
