Who is Rubra from The Neutronium Alchemist Conflict and what is their importance?

Rubra is the controller of Valisk. He was once a living person, who broke away from Edenist society, because he was incapable of believing in its precepts and beliefs. As a result, he grew his own independent habitat, Valisk, which was constructed to house his new company, Magellanic Itg. Upon his death, he transferred his memories and personality into the neural strata of Valisk, becoming the habitat personality. Rubra is a strong, controlling personality, who enjoys being in control. He does not, however, want to be defied. In Dariat, one of his descendents, Rubra discovers a worthy heir to both his company and power. Dariat, however, blames Rubra for the death of his beloved and is intent upon revenge.
