What is Nikitari's?

Darky Gardiner talks about the fish in a tank at Nikitari's, a fish shop back in his home town. He says the fish were captive just as he and the other prisoners are captive to the Japanese. Once they return home, Dorrigo and several others break into Nikitari's and release the fish in the tank. Their action is an effort to honor Darky's memory.
