What is the importance of BZ Corner in the novel, The Music of Bees?

BZ corner is the site of Harry's uncle's dilapidated trailer that is eventually condemned by the county and destroyed. The setting is located in the hills beyond the orchards, close to National Forest, and is where Harry moves to when he comes west from New York.
