The Murders in the Rue Morgue What is the main conflict in The Murders in the Rue Morgue by Edgar Allan Poe? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 02:51 Last updated by Jill W on 03 Dec 21:46
One major conflict in the story can be found in Dupin's hesitation to take the case. It isn't until Adolphe de Bon's arreat that Dupin finds himself obligated to work on the case and solve the murders.
