Who is Cameron "Buck" Williams from The Mark: The Beast Rules the World and what is their importance?

Cameron Williams, also known as Buck, was a reporter for the Global Weekly before the Rapture. He now produces a cyber magazine called The Truth. Buck is married to Chloe, and the couple has one son, Kenny Bruce. He is often sent on assignments and is present in Tel Aviv when the plane supposedly carrying David and his friends crashes on the beach.
