Who is Travis from The Lying Game and what is their importance?

Travis is the eighteen-year-old son of Emma's foster family when she discovers Sutton's existence, Travis is constantly trying to catch a glimpse of Emma while she's undressed. It's Travis who finds the video of Sutton being choked which brings Emma to find Sutton. Travis steals money from his mother and puts most of it in Emma's bag, making his mother believe Emma stole it.
