In what way is Leo suffering from a lack of confidence?

Leo is having a self-confidence crisis. He worries that his fire powers are dangerous, and that he will let the others down. He worries that the line in the Great Prophecy about the world falling to fire or storm refers to him. He thinks that it is inevitable that he will cause trouble, and when he does will be forced to move on yet again.
