Kant was a philosopher, who put forth the idea that science must be justifiable. As an epistemologist, Kant used scientific discussion as a major tool to explore scientific problems, theories and procedures. His epistemological approach to the analysis of scientific problems includes the belief that scientific problems are related to common-sense knowledge. His theory of objectivity is the precursor for subsequent theories about objectivity and relativism by Weyl and other philosophers.
