Faith writes a note on her father's stationary, faking a reference to how the “proceeds” of the items from the second cave were divided between Clay, Lambent, and Erasmus, leaving off Dr. Jacklers' name entirely. The note is purposely vague, and she knows anyone who finds it will fill in information to match the new rumor going around, that yhey are actually seeking buried treasure rather than fossils and bones.
