How did Charlie and Pete first meet?

Charlie and Pete first met when Charlie was driving across town to be with her mother after breaking up her fourth marriage. A tire on Charlie's car burst and she made her way to the gas station where Pete was working. Pete immediately caught her eye, and Charlie moved to Leechfield to be nearer to him. The pair was married shortly after.
