Importance of Stadium

The stadium is the access point for Bailey’s childhood memories. While she cannot remember the details of what happened in Austin, she does clearly remember the stadium and how it was “lit up” and “orange” (84). The stadium demonstrates that while memories are sometimes fuzzy, parts of them can be absolutely clear and foundational to our identity.
