Spiro is the FBI agent in charge of the Talladega Falls case. He wants to use Eve as bait in order to catch Dom. Spiro and Joe Quinn are at odds about Spiro's plans for Eve. While Spiro gathers information through the FBI about Dom, he also seems to keep things from Joe. It appears to be a push-pull between the two men. Spiro has a blurred picture of Dom from years previously and keeps the FBI's help from them for several days. Spiro has more conversations with Eve than he does with Joe.
